So things have been a little crazy out here on the prairie. I've been lots of places, taken a ton of photos and even did my first 'human' session! I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from the past few weeks! Angels around you!

We took a trip to the mountains with the kids a few weeks ago. Of course, I had my camera. I enjoyed the drive and the scenery, but alas, our trip was cut short by our middle child saying, "my belly hurts!". Actually, he wasn't saying it, he was SCREAMING it! (He's not a great car-tripper!)



















On our way back down the mountain, we stopped at a packed campground to let him walk around a bit, so me and the baby took a walk. We stopped by some pretty yellow flowers when I saw this fellow. He was so busy that he didn't even know we were there. He was fun to photograph.

I was driving my kids around, trying to get them to go to sleep. I have seen this tree many times, but I never had my camera with me. Today, I did, so I stopped to photograph it. I love how it is out in the middle of the prairie, all by itself. It makes me think about how God plants us right where we need to be. It may seem totally illogical at the time and sometimes we feel so alone, but He has a plan. Have a great day! Angels Around You!

I took this photo last evening close to sundown. A storm had passed over and our sky was blue. Just to the east of us, you could see the stormclouds, with the moon rising above them. I thought it was a beautiful sight. I hope you enjoy looking at this photo! Have a blessed day.

These are some of the first photos I took when I decided that I wanted to do nature photography.



I was surprised by the simple beauty of the flowers around me. I was excited to find new flowers to photograph and was excited to see how the different lighting changed the look of the pictures.
